Compare My Move is a comparison service founded in 2012 for UK movers to compare and connect with moving industry professionals they can trust.

Having come from a removals background, we started comparing removal companies for home movers and quickly added surveying and conveyancing as additional services. With more services on the way our mission is to become the home of moving home. We’re building the best network of verified partners from local trusted professionals, whilst saving home movers time and money on moving services and becoming a recognisable brand within our industry and beyond.

To help us meet our mission goals we are always on the hunt for the best people in their fields to help champion our business.

About the role

This role is your chance to join an established content team with a focus on SEO.

As a Digital Content Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving success by leveraging the power of SEO to generate high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate


Requirements:

  • Write high quality content that users will want to read
  • Be diverse and write on a range of different topics
  • Be eager to learn all about our core services
  • Willingness to embrace all things SEO

Responsibilities:

  • Write content based on a detailed brief
  • Ensure content is optimised for SEO (don't worry we show you how to do this)
  • Analyse the performance of your content (we show you this as well
  • Ensure the highest level of content quality (no typos please)

Typical application process

    We read over your CV. If you can provide links to any previous websites you've worked on, it greatly assists our assessment process, but it's no problem if you can't.

  2. Virtual Interview

    Share your experience and skills. We'll discuss the role and expectations. If it aligns, we'll schedule a second in-person interview for a longer chat. We will also ask you to complete a short writing task.

  3. In-person interview

    Visit the office. This will also be your opportunity to talk through the writing task. We also have a more detailed chat about the role and how you might be able to help CMM.

  4. Make you an offer

    We’ll send you an offer and discuss all the details.
