Review:Philip was very knowledgeable about the area and has excellent communication. He spotted a serious construction issue in our first survey that potentially saved us 1000a??s. Instead of waiting for the report he emailed me on the same day so we could halt the proceedings. I didna??t hesitate to book him for the next survey. This I am pleased to say went well. Issues were highlighted in his report that was detailed, informative and speedy. It reiterated points for the solicitor and showed photos of every point. We offer the ISVA HomeSurvey, which highlights all the major issues that might affect your purchase. The report is prepared in an easy-to-read format including an overview of the property and issues that need urgent attention, maintenance issues, and issues needing further investigation.
We recommend a RICS Home Survey Level 2 for traditional buildings built after 1910, using standard construction techniques. For any older buildings or properties of non-traditional construction, a Level 3 Survey will be better suited.
