RICS Home Survey Level 3

This is why we offer the RICS Home Survey Level 3, an in-depth report on your property after examining in detail all accessible sections of the building.
We encourage you to explain any particular issues you may have about the property before our inspection, so we can tailor our report to your particular needs. Older or listed buildings and properties constructed in non-traditional ways are recommended to have a RICS Home Survey Level 3 over a Level 2 Survey.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Less detailed than a Level 3 Survey, our RICS Home Survey Level 2 will nevertheless highlight any major issues or defects with the building at hand. The RICS Home Survey Level 2 is perfect for potential homeowners looking for a compact, concise report on the quality of the property. We offer the ISVA HomeSurvey, which highlights all the major issues that might affect your purchase. The report is prepared in an easy-to-read format including an overview of the property and issues that need urgent attention, maintenance issues, and issues needing further investigation.
We recommend a RICS Home Survey Level 2 for traditional buildings built after 1910, using standard construction techniques. For any older buildings or properties of non-traditional construction, a Level 3 Survey will be better suited. We can give you all of the facts related to which survey will suit your particular needs, so you can make a balanced and informed decision.
Most people would expect to have new issues with a new-build home. However, flaws and errors may be present which is why a snagging survey for a new-build property is essential. This flags issues before you move in, allowing the developer to make right any concerns.
