The Level survey, previously called a Homebuyer's Survey, provides an overview of the condition of the property. Your report will detail urgent and significant repairs on various aspects of the construction of the home. It will also report on concerns which may require further investigation.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 survey is the most detailed assessment of your prospective new home. Formerly called a Building Survey, it is designed to give a full overview of the condition of the home and to identify defects and outstanding items of repair. Your report will also highlight defects which will require maintenance in future. This will help you make an informed decision on the purchase of the home.
Valuations
Whether you are selling your home or ned a valuation for legal purposes, we can assist with an impartial valuation based on recent market trends. Our expert valuers will take into account the current property market and the size, location and condition of your home.
Snagging Survey
We can also provide new home snagging surveys. This aims to highlight areas of defects such as subsidence and cracking and/or unfinished or poorly finished work with the property. The snagging survey can also ensure the home conforms to current legislation.
Party Wall
We act for clients in relation to Party Wall Matters under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996. This includes serving and dealing with Notices, Schedules of Condition and the Party Wall Award. Our party wall surveyors can help settle any disputes with neighbours and adjoining owners regarding a party wall.
