Cornish born and bred, we have knowledge of all local housing types, having worked within Cornwall throughout our working lives. We carry out and are well versed in all residential surveys and pride ourselves on our professionalism, excellence and timeliness.
Unlike large national surveying firms who can carry out multiple surveys in a day and have high targets to achieve we only carry out a couple of surveys a week to ensure we are flexible when booking in surveys and have the time to prepare a thorough report.

Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 is best suited for more modern homes (built within the last few decades) and properties in good condition. This survey will provide you with an overview of the condition of the home and highlight any visible concerns or issues.
This will prepare you for any work required once you purchase the property and make you aware of exactly what condition the home is in. From one-bed properties to large homes with multiple bedrooms, we are able to provide surveys with the right level of information in a language you understand. Our easy-to-understand reports are ideal for gaining an insight into the property you are looking to purchase and ensure you are prepared when it comes to both buying and moving into your new home.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Providing a more thorough inspection of the property, a RICS Home Survey Level 3 is better suited for an older or period home or a property which is not in top condition. Homes which have had extensive work or extensions would also benefit from this survey.
We are experienced building surveyors and cover all aspects of building surveying. We will be on hand for you and your solicitor with advice and clarification and can provide safe and steady assurance at a time when you are making big decisions on your home buying journey.
Our level 3 survey provide a far more in-depth view of the home and the issues and concerns which are found during the survey. This is essential to fully understand the condition of the property prior to purchase, allowing you to make an educated decision when it comes to completing the sale.
