RICS Home Survey Level 2
You will need a RICS Home Survey Level 2 when you buy a house that was built less than 50 years ago and is in good condition. Anderson Associates have many years of experience carrying out Home Survey Level 2, so you’ll have peace of mind throughout the survey.
We will thoroughly examine the property’s condition by searching for hidden defects. We will include damage, defects and areas of concern in our in-depth report. Rest assured, the report will be jargon-free and we will offer our advice with anything you don’t understand.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A RICS Home Survey Level 3 is designed for older properties that have or plan to have building work carried out. This is the most comprehensive survey we can offer as it gives an in-depth examination of the property’s structure and condition.
Your Home Survey Level 3 will be carried out by a professional and experienced chartered surveyor. We will look for areas of concern and potential damage that would only crop up later down the line.
