Review:Im so glad I chose John as my surveyor. He is brilliant. The report was so thorough - an extensive piece of work. Both digital copy and hard copy sent in post. After going through it with a fine tooth comb, and noting down points I wanted to chat further on, he was so helpful the next day chatting through my queries and giving expert advice. I got a level 3 survey since I am purchasing an older property so wanted it properly checking. John wasnt the cheapest when comparing, nor the most expensive, however I believe real value for money, as you want the best to look over such a big life purchase as a house. An agency surveyor could have been 50 odd quid cheaper but I wouldnt have got the same level that I have had from John. I will be recommending him to any friends and family who are moving house and needing a survey. In fact, my cousin is already using John as his surveyor for his house purchase after my experience. Thanks John, top man and top service!
