RICS Home Survey Level 2
If you’re buying a property that was built less than 80 years ago and is in good condition, then you’ll require our homebuyer report. The survey will reveal any hidden damage or defects that could affect the property’s value.
One of our experienced surveyors will carry out the survey, undertaking a detailed inspection of the property’s condition. Common issues found include subsidence, damp and dry rot. It’s vital to learn or these issues so you can either negotiate on the offer or pull out if anything is too damaging.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Our building survey is the most comprehensive survey we offer and will include a full inspection of the property’s condition and structure. The building survey is most suited to older properties that have had major work carried or if you plan to have any renovation work.
