Suitable for more modern homes built of conventional materials and structure, our RICS Home Survey Level 2 (previously known as the Homebuyer Survey) follows all the standards and requirements of the RICS.
This survey aims to notify you of any major defects and items of notable cost. The survey report will provide you with the details on the risk of purchase if there is considerable work required on the home.
Any obvious concerns will be noted, providing you with the information you need to potentially negotiate the purchase price and prepare you for the work required once you move in.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Our most detailed residential survey, the RICS Home Survey Level 3 (also known as the Building Survey) will provide a far more thorough report on the property you are looking to purchase.
Suitable for older homes or properties with extensive work or built of unconventional materials, this report is ideal for a full overview of the property both inside and out.
The report will detail defects of the building including building movement and subsidence, damp, rot and any potential issues or concerns. All our qualified surveyors are experts in building pathology and can advise how best to deal with any issue.
