RICS Home Survey Level 2
BlueSurv proudly offers a RICS Home Survey Level 2 to aid in the moving process. Before committing to a purchase, it’s important to know of any defects or pitfalls likely to arise in the future. If the house you plan to buy is fairly modern, in seemingly good condition and built with modern materials, then you will need a Level 2 survey to continue.
We will thoroughly examine the property and look for hidden defects and damages to highlight any future issues that could become costly, potentially saving you from future repairs. Rest assured, an experienced chartered surveyor from our qualified team will conduct the survey.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A more thorough and comprehensive survey option, BlueSurv also offers a RICS Home Survey Level 3 for buildings older than 80 years. If the property is in poor condition, old or using rare or unavailable building materials, then you will need our most in-depth survey. This will examine the property’s full structure and condition.
Our RICS regulated surveyors will search for hidden defects and damage, potentially saving you thousands of pounds in future repairs rather than once you've immediately moved into the property.
