If you’re purchasing a new home, a RICS Home Survey Level 2 is the best option to consider. It provides you with a detailed report that’s carried out by our surveyors. It helps to highlight any potential issues with the property.
Our team is able to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the findings and results of the RICS report.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most suitable option for older buildings. It’s more detailed than the Level 2 survey and goes into good depth on the condition and quality of the property you’re looking to purchase.
Our team has a good amount of experience in this field, and being RICS accredited, you know you can trust and rely on the report we provide.
RICS Valuation
In some instances, you may need to have an independent valuation on a property carried out. This is something we are able to assist with, and our valuations are fair and RICS-approved.
The valuation can be in addition to our survey services. Alternatively, they can be undertaken on a separate basis.
