The RICS Level 2 Report, previously known as the Home-Buyer Survey is the best choice for those who are purchasing a property that is less than 50 years old. All of our surveyors are registered with RICS and will conduct the report according to their standards. The RICS Level 2 Report is more concise than the Level 3 Report unless any issues or defects are encountered during the inspection.
RICS Level 3 Report
The RICS Level 3 Report, previously known as a Building Survey, is the best choice for older properties or properties that are grade listed. The Level 3 Report is more detailed and thorough, meaning that you will find out more details about the condition and construction of the property. This option is also best for properties that have a non-standard construction or have undergone lots of alterations.
