RICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 report is suitable for homes in good condition and made of conventional materials, in addition to being built within the last 50 years.
Your surveyor will take into account any repairs or replacements the property needs, providing everything you need within your survey report. This allows you to make an informed decision on whether to continue with the purchase.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 Home Survey is the most comprehensive evaluation of a property’s condition and construction. This is recommended for older and unconventional homes or homes that have undergone significant building works or alterations.
Your report will include details of any concerns within the property, including details about the construction and surrounding areas. Where practicable and agreed upon, our surveyors can provide estimates of costs and likely timescales for any identified repairs and necessary work.
