Great price, communication and speed. Could not have asked for me. Recommended.
RICS Level 2 Survey
You will need our RICS Level 2 home survey, previously known as the homebuyers survey, when the property you’re buying is modern, in good condition, hasn’t had reconstruction or extension work, and was built with commonly used building materials.
You will be assigned one of our qualified and professional chartered surveyors to carry out an in-depth examination of the property to search for hidden damages and defects. We will gather our findings and present them in a jargon-free report.
We will talk you through the report and explain what the damage is and how to go about repairing the damage.
RICS Level 3 Survey
When you’re buying an older house, you will need our RICS Level 3 home survey, also known as a full structural survey. This survey is more comprehensive than the homebuyer report as this is made for older, listed buildings that were built using unique materials.
Our report will be able to tell you what materials were used to construct certain parts of the property whilst searching for any internal or external structural damage. We will put our findings in an easy to read report using plain English.
We will offer our expert advice and opinion on the damage and defects we find during our survey, explaining anything you don’t understand.
