Building Survey
If the property you’re going to buy is considerably older, a listed building or was built using unique or unusual building materials, then you will need Crossland Property Consultants Ltd’s RICS building survey.
This is the most comprehensive survey you can have as it involves a detailed assessment of the condition and structure of the interior and exterior of the property. We will search for structural damage, timber defects and look in the attic and at ceilings.
Once the assessment is complete, we will start to put together our report with our findings. The report will include an itemised list of damage to your property along with our expert advice how to tackle the repairs.
