Review:I found this company to be very pro active when I first made the enquiry. After the survey was done I had to wait longer than the 14 days on their T&Cs for the report. I had to chase them twice and feel like I was fobbed off with excuses. I also thought I was getting a valuation with the survey ( which is what I wanted) but that apparently Is another high cost.

Review:Claudinia reorganised her diary in order to accommodate our survey, which we needed at short notice that Friday. She worked out of hours over the weekend and into the evening in order to deliver her report on the Monday.We spoke multiple times on the phone to answer all of my questions, which was enormously helpful. I would strongly recommend using CVP.

Review:I got really poor service. It was extremely difficult to speak to them after receiving the report. At the end after days of follow ups, when we eventually got one 30 mins meeting and in that as well she was rushing me throughout and making me feel as if it was a favour and she had other clients to attend. Missed one meeting slot and came late for another, no respect or consideration for my time. The administrator was completely useless in the process. I felt let down, given I paid more than market price only because I was ensured good service. But, unfortunately the attitude pre sales and post sales was day and night difference. And I wasted so much time just to get a 30 mins follow up conversation to discuss the report. Basis my experience, I will give my experience a rating of poor.

I'm really sorry you feel this way. We did schedule a few calls, however you were unable to attend them. We scheduled a further call with yourself and your wife where we spoke at length about your shed and the roof covering. I also went over various other aspects with you which were in the report. I'm sorry you felt rushed, there is no reason I would rush any client as the purchase of your home is one of the largest purchases anyone will make; being the most significant. I schedule calls with clients after the report has been read to answer questions, that way you have my full attention- that way you should not feel rushed. Using my expertise and 14 years experience I am here to assist you with your purchase, and ensure you are equipped with the details on the condition of your new home. RICS Home Survey Level 2
A RICS Home Survey Level 2 is suitable for properties in good condition, less than 100 years old and built with conventional materials and methods.
This survey will provide a general overview of the home and flag any major problems or concerns and any future maintenance issues that may arise.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Formerly known as a building survey, the Level 3 survey is a more in-depth look at the property. This type of survey is recommended for homes over 100 years old, those in poor condition, properties that have been built using unconventional methods or materials or those which have been significantly altered or extended.
Your report will provide a detailed assessment of the structure and construction of the property, identifying any serious defects or problems. It will also advise on future maintenance issues so that you can financially prepare for work on the home.
Valuation Report
In addition to our surveys, we also provide property valuations. Our completely independent and impartial team of qualified surveyors will assess your property before sending you a valuation report.
All our valuations adhere to the Red Book standard, which is the professional standard set out by RICS.
