Compare House ClearanceRICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey, previously called a Homebuyer Survey, is designed to give you a better understanding of your property. It can highlight any visible issues or work required in the home. Our expert surveyors can produce the report in a readable and user-friendly format, which is then checked independently to ensure its quality.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3, formerly called a building survey is a comprehensive building inspection that is designed to report the condition of the property. This can identify any defects and their cause, in addition to the urgency in which the property needs to be repaired.
Valuations
Our valuations assess the likely value of a property, taking into account size, location, condition, and current trends in the market. We can also advise on how owners can increase profit through investment and redevelopment.
Snagging Survey
When buying a new build home, a Snagging Survey can highlight any defects or issues with the construction. These can then be rectified by the property developer, giving you peace of mind when moving into the home.
Party Wall Survey
If you are planning to carry out building works on your property boundary, or 'party wall' you may require a party wall surveyor. If you and your neighbour cannot come to an agreement about the works, then this is when a 'Party Wall Agreement' will be required; this is a legal document, drawn up by one of our fully-trained surveyors.
