Simon rang us the day before so I was able to talk specifics.He rang my partner the day after and was very thorough and has preoared a 60 page report for our perusal

The survey was incredibly thorough, and the surveyor called me on the day to discuss the findings, prior to the full report. My only criticism of the company is that initially the survey was scheduled to take place three weeks after booking, and only when I found a company who could do it more quickly did they move it forward. That said, I would definitely instruct them again as they saved us from a potentially life long financial mistake. Read more

Such a thorough survey, the surveyor called me immediately after finishing and walked me through the traffic light system of issues identified, was very helpful and polite and answered all of my questions! Waiting on the full survey report which I am told will be with us within 4 working days which I think is a great turnaround time, and it will apparently include pricing estimates of any repairs which need to be done which is so helpful for me especially as a first time buyer.
