Very helpful and user-friendly service. I chose them because in their first email they wrote that they would handle all admin based on the information I had already given, and they did. It really was effortless from my end - the first (and probably only) time I've experienced that in the house purchasing process. Report seemed thorough and the photos at the end are very useful. Thanks
Brilliant from start to finish - would recommend every time Gareth
Previously called the HomeBuyer Report, this report is suitable for most homes in good condition and built in the last 50 years or so. The Level 2 format is standardised, compact, and easy to understand.
Previously known as a Full Structural Survey or Building Survey, the Level 3 is the most detailed report we provide. This is recommended for older or unusual homes or properties in poor condition. We will examine the structure and condition of all accessible elements of the property including the nature of the construction materials and maintenance requirements.
We provide property valuations that comply with RICS Red Book standards. Whether you are selling your home or require a valuation for legal reasons, our accredited valuers can assist. We can provide valuations for a number of reasons including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Staircasing and Help-to-Buy.
