Review:Happy with the ultimate report and the price, but poor communication from the company. They did not advise until after I had booked and paid (even though I advised when enquiring that I was looking for an urgent report) that they were operating with significant delay of 7-10 days. Then all stuff were out of office on holiday for several days so couldna??t get through to office phone lines which was not communicated in advance.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
When you’re buying a fairly modern home that remains in good condition, you will need Elementary Homes Chartered Surveyors to carry out our RICS Home Survey Level 2. The report will offer an in-depth examination of the property’s condition, highlighting areas of concern. This type of property survey was previously called the Homebuyers Survey.
We will thoroughly search the property for hidden damage, making you aware of areas of concern that will allow you to re-think your decision to buy the house. The survey will be undertaken by a highly qualified surveyor.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If the property you’re buying is older than 80 years, in poor condition or has had major renovation work, you will need our RICS Home Survey Level 3 (previously called the building survey). Our team of dedicated and professional surveyors will talk you through the survey and report the results.
Our Level 3 Home Survey is the most in-depth survey we can offer. It provides a thorough examination of the structure and condition of the property.
