In addition to our home surveys, EW Estates Ltd also offers RICS Residential Valuations, a service that will provide you with the market value of your home. Our expert valuers can assist you whether you are purchasing or investing in a property, need a valuation for legal reasons or are simply unsure of the value of your home.
The valuation will typically involve a quick visit to the building in question, alongside a considerable amount of desk research. Evidence from both the visit and research combined is what ultimately determines the market value of the home.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Previously known as a homebuyers report, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 is most suitable to those purchasing a house, flat or bungalow that is built from common materials and is in reasonable condition. The inspection will mainly focus on the overall condition of the property, both internally and externally. Should you require it, this level of property survey can also include a valuation.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 was previously known as a building or full structural survey. It is the most thorough and comprehensive survey type available as the inspection will be much more in-depth and detailed. A Level 3 Survey is normally recommended for an older property, one of non-standard construction or one that has had a significant level of alterations.
