A mandatory report when selling a property in Scotland, we have specialist property surveyors in offices across Scotland with the local expertise to prepare considered and professional Home Reports. Our Home Report consists of three easy-to-read documents covering the condition of the property, its energy performance, and any questions a buyer may have.
Our professional surveyor will use their considerable local and industry knowledge to produce a survey report containing details on the overall condition of the property. The condition of 24 areas of the property are assessed, and any major or minor issues documented. This section of the Home Report also contains a market and insurance valuation of the property. We also offer a mortgage valuation report as an optional addition to our Home Report, which can be passed on to a potential buyer to inform their mortgage provider.
