RICS Home Survey Level 2
If you're purchasing a newer property, a RICS Level 2 Home Survey is a great option to consider. One of our expert surveyors will visit the property you're interested in purchasing and carry out an internal and external inspection of the property.
The findings from the report will then be given to you an a RICS-approved report. The team will explain the report to you in detail and will highlight any potential issues or problems there may be with the property.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you're purchasing an older house or would like to receive a report that's more detailed, our RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the best option to consider. We again look at the interior and exterior areas of the property in more detail and highlight any issues we find.
