Our director and principal surveyor, Martin Solomon, has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is a member of RICS, in addition to the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).
As part of the service, we are available to discuss the property, over the phone or in-person prior to the inspection and, most importantly, after the inspection has been completed.

Previously known as a Homebuyers Survey, the Level 2 survey is suitable for homes built in the last 50 years or so, in good condition and constructed with conventional materials and methods. The survey will give an overview of the condition of the property and details of any repairs which may be required.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 survey is a more in-depth review of a property, providing a detailed report. Your surveyor will highlight areas of concern and where work is urgent or due in the near future. This survey is recommended for older buildings, those in poor condition or homes which have been altered.
