When you are buying a modern house or flat that was built using common building materials, you will need our Homebuyer Report. Our homebuyer report will be an in-depth examination of the property. We will assess the condition of the house, highlighting any issues or hidden damage.
By having a homebuyer report, you will be made aware of important and potentially dangerous issues in the house before you buy it. If issues arise, you can either renegotiate your offer with the seller or pull out of the sale.

Building Survey
If the house you’re buying is an older property built using unique and unusual building materials, you will need our RICS building survey. Our building survey is a more comprehensive and thorough examination of the property.
We will search for hidden defects and damages that might not be obvious. By having a building survey, you could potentially save thousands by spotting the issues early. You will have the chance to back out of the purchase.

Snagging
For those purchasing a new-build property, we offer Snagging Survey services. The Snagging Survey has been designed with new-build properties in mind and is structured to give buyers confidence in their purchase. Your surveyor will inspect the interior and exterior of the property if it has been built. However, in cases where there is no building to inspect, the surveyor will look at the blueprints and examine the materials being used in construction.
This means they can highlight any issues in advance, giving you scope to negotiate your offer, proceed with the transaction, or withdraw from the sale altogether.
