More Information

Homebuyer Report

When you are buying a modern house or flat that was built using common building materials, you will need our Homebuyer Report. Our homebuyer report will be an in-depth examination of the property. We will assess the condition of the house, highlighting any issues or hidden damage.

By having a homebuyer report, you will be made aware of important and potentially dangerous issues in the house before you buy it. If issues arise, you can either renegotiate your offer with the seller or pull out of the sale.

We are here to help with any issues that arise in your survey and answer any questions. We can advise on any concerns you have.

Building Survey

If the house you’re buying is an older property built using unique and unusual building materials, you will need our RICS building survey. Our building survey is a more comprehensive and thorough examination of the property.

We will search for hidden defects and damages that might not be obvious. By having a building survey, you could potentially save thousands by spotting the issues early. You will have the chance to back out of the purchase.

We have carried out thousands of building surveys over the years, so you know you're only receiving the highest quality of service.
