Ian was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and even meet me beforehand to ensure all of the queried were covered at the inspection. Were discussing cost of works and project management also as the property were purchasing needs work.

We had a full building survey carried out on a property we were hoping to purchase. Our surveyor Ian got in touch with us straight away and gave us his availability. Survey day Ian phoned to say that the survey had been conpleted and discussed a few recommendations via phone, we then received the full survey a day or so later via email. Ian was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout. I have already recommended his services to family and friends.

I could not have asked for a better service than the one Ian provided. My Homebuyers report was completed quickly, professionally and a copy sent back to me earlier than had been agreed. No need to chase or follow up at stage, which I know is the bane of any house buyers journey!

Ian was fantastic - very responsive and easy to get hold of. He got back to us with a quote and time slot for the survey very promptly. We did get another quote that was significantly cheaper, but chose to go with Ian at Home Survey Solutions anyway because he seemed so much more efficient and helpful - and as time was pressing was able to fit us in sooner. The survey he produced was prompt and comprehensive - we were very happy with the service and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 is ideal for more modern, traditionally built houses in good condition. The report produced as a result of the survey gives an overview of the condition of the property and includes an inspection of the house and a condition rated report.

RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most in-depth survey and is essential for older properties or properties is poor condition, homes built of unconventional materials or if you are planning major works. This comprehensive report will provide an in-depth analysis of the property, highlighting major concerns and providing advice on maintenance and repairs of any potential problems.
The result of this report can also be utilised to negotiate the price of the property based on the costs of the work required by the new owner. It will also give you an idea of whether the property is a worthwhile investment.
