Very thorough report provided by Danny, every aspect was covered, and concerns raised were discussed in a follow up call after I had received the report. Very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
Formerly called a Homebuyers Survey, the Level 2 suits most homes. It is especially suited to properties built within the last 50 years and in good condition, without major alterations.
The survey will highlight any concerns or problems, in addition to any work which may be required. Our surveyors can help you make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property taking into account any repairs or further advice you should take before committing to the purchase.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 is a more thorough survey, recommended for large, older or run-down properties. It is also useful for buildings that are unusual or altered, or if you’re planning major works. Previously known as a Building Survey, the Level 3 gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
Any issues, potential problems and recommended work will be set out in your survey report, complete with photographs of the areas of concern. This allows you to make an educated decision on whether to proceed with the purchase of the home.
