Very professional and reasonablly priced. Easy to reach afterwards for clarification on issues. The report was detailed and photographs were taken even for the top of the roif and inside the loft. Other Surveyors tend to skip this.

Superb service from Tom with: - Clear quote and info on timing for the survey,- Rapidly turned around a comprehensive level 3 survey report with drone photos, interpretable text and remedial recommendations covering all aspects of interior and exterior,- Kind offer for extensive follow up call, where Tom demonstrated his huge knowledge as Chartered Surveyor, with background in heating engineering and planning, clearly summarising what actually needs to be addressed and rough costs and recommendations to do so. No question felt too small and his kindness and humour were welcome. -Overall, I couldn't recommend Katoli more!

Building Survey
A Level 3 Building Survey, also known as a Full Structural Survey, is the most comprehensive report you can receive. Ideal for older buildings or buildings with non-standard construction, the Level 3 Building Survey is an in-depth look into the property. The report will outline any defects in the property and look at the potential causes as well as the urgency for repairs. In these instances, a cost estimate may also be provided.

Homebuyer Report
A HomeBuyer Report, also known as a Level 2 Survey, is the most common type of survey conducted. This is the ideal choice for those with newer properties that are under 50 years old and buildings with standard construction. Our experienced surveyor will examine the interior and exterior of the property, highlighting any defects that can or have impacted the property.
The Homebuyer Report will contain background information on the property itself as well as the surrounding area. This means that you can have the confidence to proceed with the property purchase or negotiate your offer if there are defects if needs be.
