Review:Elliot gave us an amazin, in debth report supported by photographs and drone overhead pictures,we had the stage 3 survey,and he checked every nook and cranny,and highlighted any defects that may need attention during the coming months ,he is always happy to discuss any concerns that we have ,we feel that we definately chose the right surveyer and would highly recommend. If you’re buying a property that was built using common materials and remains in a good condition, you’ll need a RICS Home Survey Level 2. Previously known as the HomeBuyers Report, our level 2 survey will provide an in-depth look at the property you plan to buy, highlighting any defects or repair work. It will be given a condition rating of either 1,2 or 3, with 3 being urgent repair work.

RICS Home Survey Level 3
Our RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most comprehensive survey we offer adn wil take a detailed look at the property’s condition and structure. One of our RICS surveyors will examine the interior and exterior to compile a jargon-free report of any defects.
The level 3 survey, formerly known as the Building Survey, is ideal for older properties built using uncommon materials.
