Review:Craig visited to snag my new build property. He was very passionate and knowledgeable and took time to take me round the property and explain everything he logged, address anything I was concerned about and highlight concerns. Their snag report was incredibly clear and helped us with the next stage with the builders and get everything logged and reported. They also offer support afterwards if you're having any issues communicating the issues listed on the report with the developers, so glad I got them in it was a huge worry off our plate and they gave us complete peace of mind. When purchasing a property, it’s important to ensure it’s suitable to live in. We provide a RICS Home Survey Level 2 which provides a report of the internal and external areas of the property you’re interested in purchasing.
The report is explained in detail by our chartered surveyors, to provide you with a clear understanding of the property. The RICS Home Survey Level 2 is recommended for newer properties that don’t need extensive property inspections.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
For those looking to have a full understanding of the property they’re purchasing, the RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most suitable option to consider.
As it’s an extensive survey of the internal and external areas of the property, any major areas of concern will be flagged in your report. We are able to talk you through our findings, highlighting anything you need to be concerned about or aware of.
Our surveyors ensure everything is detailed clearly, and that you understand the results of the survey. For those purchasing an older or uniquely built home, a RICS Home Survey Level 3 is recommended.
