Review:Managed to turn around the survey and results very quickly, on a purchase that need a fast moving survey. Picked up on a few issues that the seller was not aware of and would have caused us thousands worth of issues when we moved in.

Review:Miles went above and beyond what we ever expected from a surveyor. He communicated with us proactively, providing a summary as soon as he had viewed the property. He went back to the property on multiple occasions when the weather prevented him from getting a good view of the roof. Miles even spoke to our neighbors to understand if they had experienced similar issues that the property we were purchasing had. I could not speak more highly of Miles and the service he provides

Review:Very responsive to book the appointment and with the report issuance. However, the report missed an important couple of points. The surveyor was not responsive to my follow up emails and calls to discuss these points. A bit disappointed compared to a past experience in W9 with a different surveyor whose report was much more exhaustive.

Review:Very happy with the service from Miles at My Local Surveyor. Was able to complete the survey within 3 days of instruction and had the survey report prepared 2 days later.
The report was thorough and highlighted a number of defects that needed to be remedied and gave a timeframe addressing this. The price included a roof survey with a drone and we were provided with this footage as well as the report.
There were no issues throughout the process and I would thoroughly recommend.London South West

Review:We used My Local Surveyor for a full building survey of a house in Clapham in Jan 2021. Miles was able to complete the survey within a few days of us getting in touch and the report followed quickly afterwards within a couple of days. This compared to the estate agent's surveyor who had no availability for 2 weeks, and needed a further 2 weeks to complete report. The fee from MLS was also lower too! The report itself was exactly what we needed, with issues being graded by relative importance and supporting photos provided. MLS also completed a drone survey of the roof and provided the video for us to review which was helpful! Miles was really responsive on email both before and after the survey. A very smooth experience, highly recommended!
