We are regulated members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with an experienced, qualified, and insured team that has been providing surveying services in London and Kent for over 20 years.
We offer a number of services such as; Level 2 and 3 Home Buyer Surveys, and Party Wall Work.
Our Level 2 and 3 Surveys include the use of our drone at no further cost to the customer. This allows for us to inspect areas that other surveyors may not be able to and could leave you open to costly repairs. Drone flying is dependent on weather and location.
As a company, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to our community, and that is why we are committed to donating 1% of our fees to Centrepoint, a charity that provides support to young people who are experiencing homelessness.

Review:Ive never found a better surveyor than Alex. He made me realise that not all surveyors are hard work. He was helpful throughout the whole experience from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much. He helped with my questions before purchasing a survey through London and Kent Surveyors and then called me straight after hed completed the survey which he then answered many more questions I had and also gave me a brief outcome of what hed found. He knew how desperate I was to have a survey completed as quickly as possible and managed to exceed my expectations with getting it back sooner than I thought. He then offered me another phone call to answer any further questions. I was overly impressed with the service he provided me.

Any queries I had was answered by Alex without any delay. After receiving my go-ahead, the appointment was scheduled the next day, and the report was delivered to me a few days later. Im led to believe from speaking to our neighbours that they greatly benefited from a call with London Party Wall, once the notice was served. This in turn helped them to make their decision of which was consent. The schedule of condition then protected us both and with no need for an award as no dissent, this saved us fees. Thanks again.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
If you’re buying a property that is in good condition, built using common materials and hasn’t had any major renovation work carried out, then you’ll need us to carry out a RICS Home Survey Level 2.
The level 2 survey will offer an examination of the condition of the property you want to buy, highlighting any hidden defects that you wouldn’t spot yourself. A property survey can often save you money in the long run, allowing you to renegotiate your original offer to cover costs of repair work.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
When you’re buying a property that is older, built with less common materials or has had major work done, you will need us to undertake a RICS Home Survey Level 3. The level 3 survey is the most in-depth property survey you can have and will assess the building’s structure and condition.
The Home Survey Level 3 will be carried out by a professional and experienced RICS surveyor who will create a detailed but easy-to-read report of their findings. The report will give you a greater understanding of any repair work needed in the house so you can budget and plan for the future. A property survey can often save you money in the long run, allowing you to renegotiate your original offer to cover the costs of repair work.
Party Wall
The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 can be a complicated process, and it’s important to seek the professional advice of a qualified RICS surveyor regarding this. As specialists, we are able to guide you through the process.
