Review:Needed a homebuyers survey carried out asap due to the current mortgage situation and rush to completion! Came across McCallums via a comparison site, who were by far the cheapest which made me skeptical at first but the reviews speak for themself! Amazing quick and efficient was my experience, surveyor booked in within a day due to a cancellation and report within a couple of days. Report was very decent and findings were helpful. Review:When I booked the survey the person in the office was helpful and informative. Everything proceeded a timely manner and was easy to arrange. Paul Johnson carried out the survey and was excellent at keeping me informed. On the day of the survey he called me to give an overview of what he had found and when I would receive the full report. He was happy to explain things and generous with his time. The report came through well within the time frame advertised by McCallums. I would be more than happy to use this company again in the future and to recommend them.

Review:An incredibly easy and straightforward process. After being matched with two possible options on the website, we chose McCallums and we were not disappointed. Contact was initially made via email and then followed up with a phone call. Terms and costs were clearly laid out so there were no surprises. The survey was carried out at the scheduled time and the report was received promptly with courtesy emails in between keeping us updated with progress. We would recommend both this website and McCallums.

Review:Very detailed and thorough report for the money, I was more than happy with that. The only minor negative feedback I could give is it stated on their booking documents they call you on the day to discuss the survey. However that didn't happen until I chased it up hours later. I think if I hadn't called to chase it up I doubt a call would have taken place.

Review:Awful customer service, appointment was delayed twice, once after payment was taken without asking the client if its ok. I was assured that Ill receive the report as if it was done on the original booking but this did not happen. No communication with regards to that. The report did not arrive within the time frame stated and my initial enquiry about it was ignored. Very poor service, do not recommend.

Review:A little disappointing that the survey could not be completed sooner but understand how busy they must be at the moment. Benefit of hindsight, I would have checked with them on initial enquiry and paid a little more to have it done in a timely fashion.

Review:McCallum's are fantastic! Really good value for money, extremely thorough and efficient customer services. Sadly my first sale fell through but I went back to them for the 2nd house because I thought they were so good. They are considerably lower price than the other surveyors in my area but that is not reflected in the quality of the report. Keep up the excellent work McCallums!
