RICS Home Survey Level 2
A RICS Home Survey Level 2 is primarily designed for conventional properties built within the last 100 years that are in reasonable condition. This means that, if you’re buying a fairly modern home that is in good condition, you will require our RICS Home Survey Level 2. One of our highly trained surveyors will assess the property and look for any major signs of damage.
We will present our findings in an easy-to-read report that will be jargon-free and easy to understand. You shouldn’t underestimate the importance of having a property survey as it will highlight any serious damage that could influence your decision to go further with your property purchase. Rest assured, we are always here to help if you have any queries or confusion about your survey results.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you’re buying an older property with visible signs of damage, you will need a RICS Home Survey Level 3. Our Level 3 survey is the most in-depth survey we offer as it takes a closer and deeper look at the property’s structure and condition.
At MCL Surveying, one of our RICS regulated surveyors will carry out your survey. Rest assured, we have many years of experience and have carried out many property surveys on a variety of property types over the years.
