We offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2 which is the best option for those with a conventional or modern property that has not been significantly altered since its construction. The Homebuyer Survey report is approximately 10 pages in length and is more detailed than a standard valuation and will discuss any urgent defects found in the property that may affect its value.
You will be able to determine whether you wish to proceed with the property and determine whether it is reasonably priced. Our team are quick and efficient in their process.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you're looking for a more in-depth report, the RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the best option to consider. It's great if you're purchasing an older home and provides a detailed inspection of both the internal and external areas of the property you're interested in purchasing.
The team will keep you updated throughout the surveying process and will flag any issues or concerns you need to be made aware of.
Valuation Report
Valuation surveys are an inspection that is carried out by a qualified RICS surveyor who will provide you with information that is clear and easy to understand. Valuations are conducted for a variety of reasons such as the purchase or sale of a property. This allows you to determine whether you think the asking price is reasonable or not.
