Compare House ClearanceRICS Home Survey Level 2
Formerly known as a Homebuyers Survey, this survey is suitable for many homes across the UK providing they are in good condition, not particularly old and are built of conventional materials and methods.
Your report will provide you with an overview of the condition of the property, in addition to details about any concerns or issues and any work which may be required on the home.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
This survey, previously called a Building Survey, is a far more thorough inspection of the home and is recommended for older homes, properties with extensive work completed on them or those in poor condition. Homes that are considered unusual or unconventional would also benefit from this level of survey.
Your report will provide you with invaluable information about the home you are looking to buy, allowing you to make an educated decision on the purchase. It includes a detailed visual inspection of the property, its services, and grounds, including concealed areas and normal operation of services.
Valuation Report
In addition to our property surveys, we provide valuations for a wide variety of purposes per RICS Valuation Global Standards and the International Valuation Standards (IVS). This could be for when you are looking to sell a property or for legal reasons such as inheritance, during a divorce or probate. With market intelligence from our teams and research reports, you'll have access to the latest and most relevant insights in the residential market.
