We would highly recommend using this company. Excellent customer service including a phone call on the morning of the appointment. Report was extremely comprehensive. As a company, we will definitely use them again.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
We proudly offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2 to help when you’re buying a house. If the property you’re buying was built less than 50 years ago, is in good condition and hasn’t had any building work carried out, you will require a homebuyer report.
Many people underestimate the importance of property surveys. By having a property survey, you will have a thorough report of the property’s condition and structure. It will also allow you to back out of the purchase if necessary, or even renegotiate the original offer.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A Home Survey Level 3 will be needed if you’re buying an older property that isn’t in the best condition. A RICS regulated surveyor will assess the property’s structure and condition, examining the whole property for hidden damage.
This survey is the most in-depth and thorough survey. It’s designed for properties that have had or plan to have building work. We will present the findings of your survey in a clear and easy to read report, highlighting areas of concern.
Snagging Survey
If you are looking to buy a new-build home, a full home survey won’t usually be necessary. However, for peace of mind, we offer a snagging survey which can highlight any issues in the construction of the home. If any issues are found, the contractor will be able to make amends before you finalise the sale and move in.
