Very prompt follow up, while some providers did not call back at all after promising to do so. Overall, very efficient service, especially given the timeframe of my transaction, Susan and Rachel both offered unrivalled response rate and service.

Our RICS registered surveyors will provide an in-depth examination of the condition of the house, searching for any potential issues and providing a detailed report for your peace of mind. These are recommended for homes in good condition and less than 50 years old.

RICS Home Survey Level 3
Most suitable for an older building or if you have any concerns with regards to structure, a RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a far more comprehensive survey, looking at the condition of the whole property.
This will highlight any structural issues or other areas of concern with the property, allowing you to make the right decision when buying a home.
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 report will also prepare you for any work needing on the home and the urgency at which it is required once the purchase is complete.
