Formerly called the Homebuyers Report, this level is suitable for most homes in good condition and built within the last 50 years. The survey will give you an overview of the condition of the home and list any issues found.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
A more thorough survey than the Level 2, the Level 3 is suited to older homes, those in poor condition or properties which are unusual. This was previously called a Building Survey and will give a detailed description of the condition of the property. It will also list problems and issues found and suggestions for work required.
