Review:Easy to contact, I received a telephone call after the survey and given a general review of the property and details of the main points to be followed up with details of which were urgent or could be dealt with later. Suggestions of the types of other specialists I could use to resolve problems were provided. A full written report was received with detailed explanations and actions required. I was very happy with the service.
