Portland Surveys is a friendly, independent firm of property surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We are based in Nottingham, from where we cover all of Nottinghamshire, and parts of the surrounding counties of Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Rutland.
We offer a range of services for residential properties including the RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3, in addition to residential valuations for most purposes, including purchases, help to buy, shared ownership, matrimonial/family law and taxation. We can also provide Energy Performance Certificates.
We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable and are completely independent of both estate agents and mortgage lenders and offer clear, honest and unbiased advice.
You will have the opportunity to speak to your surveyor before they visit the property to discuss any particular concerns you might have. The surveyor can also call you after the inspection to provide their initial feedback before the written report is completed.
