Prinsegate Chartered Surveyors team of expert building surveyors specialise in providing the highest RICS level report, the full building survey. This report can only be performed by a chartered surveyor and provides our customers with a comprehensive and complete report on your property.
The report is easy to read and uncovers both visible and hidden issues and defects. Our chartered surveyors use their considerable experience and local expertise to explain you options for repairs, maintenance or restoration, and highlight further areas to investigate if needed.
This survey is recommended for old or abnormal buildings, or if you plan to perform extensive renovation or extension. It acts as a vital part of the house buying process, and also includes advice on maintaining or renovation for listed buildings or properties in conservation areas.
Valuations
Prinsegate Chartered Surveyors can also offer a valuation to provide an in-depth inspection focused on the value of the property. This includes the property condition and ongoing potential, proximity and locality to desirable amenities and general property identity, which may include scope for change and additional features.
Carried out by RICS registered valuers, a valuation report is suitable for any property. It should be noted that a valuation is not a survey and won't provide a detailed look at the condition of the property, purely a valuation. You should still get the relevant property survey.
