The RICS Level 3 Building Survey is the most extensive report to request. This is suitable for all property types but is especially useful for older properties and properties with non-standard construction. The Building Survey will go into detail on various aspects of the house and will highlight any defects in a clear and concise manner.
One of our experienced surveyors will come to the property and ensure that all potential issues are raised whether it is cosmetic damage or something more serious in the property structure.
HomeBuyer Report
The RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Report is the best option for those who are looking at a property that is less than fifty years old and has standard construction. This is because it is not as extensive as the Building Survey, but will provide some detail if any defects are found, especially if it is cosmetic damage.
Your designated surveyor will inspect the exterior and interior of the property to ensure that the report is as accurate as possible.
Valuation Report
A Valuation Report is a basic property inspection that will determine its value. This is an ideal choice for those buying and selling a property. This is because buyers will be able to see if the property has been put on the market for a fair price, while sellers will benefit from receiving a valuation as a guide when putting their property on the market.
Unlike Building Surveys and HomeBuyer Reports, Valuations do not delve into any damage or defects found in the property. One of our surveyors will do a basic inspection of the property and consider its location to determine its value.
