Homebuyer survey requested and results submitted within 3 days of appointment. Had to wait over 3 weeks for appointment though stamp duty holiday made its impact!

Promised to book in survey in 4 days. Ended up being booked 10 days later. No communication on the day. Had to follow up with them to ask it went ahead ok and estimated time of delivery of report. Report had 2-3 significant discrepancies which portrayed their lack of diligence. Asked to speak to Surveyor and waited for over 3 days for a response. Report and survey seemed comprehensive but if you're looking for anything more, you'll be disappointed. Sales call was very informative and focused on customer service.
HomeBuyer Report
At Reliable Surveyors, we proudly offer a RICS homebuyer report when you are buying a house that was built with common building materials. We will examine the condition of the property, looking for hidden defects.
We will assess the property for any areas of concern, highlighting them in our detailed report. We go the extra mile to ensure our reports are written clearly using plain English, avoiding any jargon.
We will put together a report on what we find to be the most serious issues and how to go about fixing these. We will give the property a condition rating of either red, amber or green.
