Review:I thought that the surveyor was good. I subsequently noticed a clear electrical issue in the lost (servere damage to the electrical wire insulation caused by rodents). This wasn't noted by the surveyor.

Review:Their contact with me to make the appointment was very efficient, appointment available in just a few days.I understand that surveyors have to cover themselves but I feel his remarks were over cautious.Lost a bit of faith when he reported glass stair balustrade was not safety glass, turned out to be Perspex!?Not enough photos of supposed problem areas.

Review:If you want a home buyers report don't listen to your estate agent who want their chums to take your cash, get online, try Reliable Surveyors and get the job done for A?150 cheaper and completed in three days from contact, three weeks quicker than so-called recommended ones. And the 45 page report was detailed and accessible. Worth every penny.

Review:Homebuyer survey requested and results submitted within 3 days of appointment. Had to wait over 3 weeks for appointment though stamp duty holiday made its impact!

Review:Promised to book in survey in 4 days. Ended up being booked 10 days later. No communication on the day. Had to follow up with them to ask it went ahead ok and estimated time of delivery of report. Report had 2-3 significant discrepancies which portrayed their lack of diligence. Asked to speak to Surveyor and waited for over 3 days for a response. Report and survey seemed comprehensive but if you're looking for anything more, you'll be disappointed. Sales call was very informative and focused on customer service.
