Our RICS Home Survey Level 2, previously known as the HomeBuyer Report, is ideal for properties built less than 50 years ago. The Level 2 survey will look at the property’s condition and offers a condition rating for all defects so you know the level of seriousness.
A highly trained and qualified property surveyor will conduct the survey and you’ll receive the report soon after.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
We also offer a RICS Home Survey Level 3, previously known as the Building Survey. This is the most in-depth survey we offer and will take a detailed look at the property’s condition and structure. This survey is ideal for properties that are older or in poor condition so need a closer inspection.
Valuation
RER Property Consultants also offer RICS Valuations for when you’re buying or selling property. We can offer you an impartial market value so you know you’re paying the right amount for the property.
