Review:S & D are brilliant, polite, helpful and professional. Done the survey on the Monday and received the report the following day. The surveyor was very thorough showing good points to bad areas that were requiring mediate attention. I spoke to S & D with my concerns and she said that she will ask the surveyor to contact me, he did this the following day and went through the report with me, he certainly put my mind at ease as i then understood what was involved. Review:S&D surveyors were really friendly when I spoke to them answering all my questions and were really approachable. They scheduled the survey in really quickly and I got the report the next working day. The survey report I got was alot more detailed than I expected and I was really impressed with how thorough it was - great value for money!

Two and a half weeks later I have received no response to my query.The email issue has now been resolved following further positive communication from S & D Surveyors.
