The service was quick, efficient & easy to understand. The surveyor even phoned me late in the evening on his own time because this was more convenient for me.
Homebuyers Report
Best suited for more modern homes, built of conventional materials and in good condition, our RICS Homebuyer survey will give you an idea of the overall condition of the home you are looking to buy.
Any problems, issues or concerns found during the survey will be highlighted in your survey report. The information we provide on the property can prepare you for making an informed decision on the home and give you the tools to potentially negotiate the price. We will also detail any work or maintenance which may be required so you can financially prepare prior to moving in.
Building Survey
Our RICS Building Survey is ideal for older homes, those in poor condition or properties which have had extensive work completed on them or made on unconventional materials.
This is a far more indepth survey than the homebuyers survey and a more detailed report on the condition of the property will be provided. Reviewing all safely accessible areas both inside and outside the property, the report will highlight any work required and any potential issues and concerns which may develop into bigger problems further down the line.
This information will be invaluable if you are considering negotiating the final sale price of the property and allow you to make an informed decision on whether the purchase is a sound investment.
