Review:Robert was brilliant from start to finish. Originally gave me a quote but due to issues our end we had to wait a number of weeks before the survey could take place. Robert checked in a few times to see how we were progressing before eventually completing the survey. He communicated before and after excellently and spent over 30 mins after the survey explaining all his notes. The final report is clear and easy to follow and overall would use Robert again.

Review:Robert was very enthusiastic before he got contracted but after he got the job it became a little difficult to get hold of him. The final job he produced had a few typos and just lacked finesse. It looked like a rushed job. I wasn't so pleased. But that said he was the most affordable vendor
