Review:SARAH WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!There was a constant personal touch with her service. She was very easy to contact, extremely friendly and professional. She would take your calls whenever and offer advice even after the survey-simply amazing!She had availability for when we wanted and her pricing was fair. We booked an appointment and she kept us updated all through. After the survey and valuation, she gave invaluable advise which we used to renegotiate the property price and things are looking good. I know people tend to forget to make reviews when they get good services but my experience with Sarah was so good that I felt I had to leave a review sooner rather than later. RICS Home Survey Level 2
The RICS Home Survey Level 2 is suitable for the majority of properties under 50-years of age and is typically the most popular amongst our clients. It is ideal if you require an overview of the property’s condition and would like any and all defects highlighted before you continue with the purchase. Your new home is likely to be one of your biggest purchases, so it makes sense to know exactly what you are buying which is why our level 2 surveys are clear, precise and easy-to-read.
The report will include statements on the construction and condition of each element of the property and will provide advice on necessary works and further investigations. Here at SJH Surveying Services, we also include a large variety of photographs to illustrate our findings and ensure you completely understand the issues presented.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Buyer Level 3 is most suitable for older properties, those in poor condition or properties constructed of unusual materials. They are especially useful when purchasing period properties such as Victorian homes. It is the most thorough and comprehensive survey type and will assess the overall and structural condition of the building.
Our Level 3 survey will include a detailed inspection of the property and will highlight all visible concerns and structural issues. The report will be free of complicated jargon and easy to understand, including photographs as evidence.
