Review:I searched about a bit and found a lot of the companies to be very pushy but thankfully, I found SMRE. The communication was brilliant, I never had to wait for a response via email and they were proactive in calling me with updates etc. Once the actual visit took place, they called me and gave me breakdown of the report before sending it over which really helped me as a first time buyer.I would definitely recommend to others as would like to think other buyers could get the same positive experience I had.

Review:SMRE conducted a RICS level 3 survey on the house we are currently purchasing. From start to finish Mair and Steven were amazing!! They were extremely efficient and made the process very easy for us as first time buyers. Steven completed the survey, wrote up the report and sent it to our solicitors within days of us initially contacting him which was fantastic. He wrote the report up within the same day of visiting the house and called us to discuss any findings which we found so helpful. Would absolutely recommend!!! Thank you so much again :) Phoebe & Dan

We can also offer a RICS Valuation for buyers and sellers. We’ll provide you with an impartial, market valuation of the property you plan to buy or sell so you know you’re paying what it’s worth.
