All of our surveyors are full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the practice is regulated by the RICS.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
Suited to homes in good condition, this survey gives an overview of the condition of the home and any issues found. Formerly called a Homebuyers Report, this can provide a buyer with essential information about the home.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously known as a Building Survey the Level 3 is a more thorough review of a property. This is recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or that are unusual in any way. Your survey report can allow you to make an informed decision on the property purchase.
Snagging Survey
Here at Stapleton Consulting, our team of professionally trained surveyors are on hand to provide a snagging survey for your new home. We understand the importance of knowing whether your new home has any issues or work that needs to be carried out.
The snagging survey report we provide is completed and sent quickly. It contains any suggestions the surveyors have found during their visual internal and external inspections.
Party Wall
Party walls can be complicated and difficult to resolve if an issue occurs. By hiring the help of Stapleton Consulting, you can make this process a lot easier. We will talk you through the details such as the work that needs to be carried out on the party wall.
